For years, I worked in roles where people needed support, whether that was in schools, social care, or earlier on, keeping families smiling as a Redcoat at Butlins. I loved the connection, the purpose, and the chance to make a difference. But eventually, like so many others, I found myself stuck in the cycle of a 9 to 5 that didn’t work for me anymore, burnt out, stretched too thin, and questioning what was next.

When I discovered the VA world, something clicked. It was everything I’d always enjoyed; organising, calming chaos, being the person others could count on but with the freedom to work in a way that actually supported my life too.

Now, I support small, soul-led business owners behind the scenes, quietly handling the admin and systems so they can focus on what they love. It’s the work most people put off… but I genuinely enjoy making things work smoothly for others.

I believe in working with honesty, kindness, and purpose.

That means clear communication, healthy boundaries, and bringing real care into everything I do.

I also believe that we don’t all need to work the same way to make a difference. I value the differences in people, their stories, their energy, their approach, as long as there’s mutual respect.

I don’t do fluff, fake urgency, or complicated business lingo. I do reliable support, meaningful connection, and getting things done properly.

When I’m not supporting clients, you’ll usually find me baking something sweet, planning our next adventure abroad, or elbow-deep in DIY as we continue to make our house a home.

I love yoga, swimming, exploring new foods, binging a great TV series or documentary, and spending proper time with friends and family. I’m naturally curious, always up for trying something creative, and I never start the day without a cup of tea.
